Crpyto can often be done by hand, here's a message you got from a friend, llkjmlmpadkkc with the key of thisisalilkey. Can you use this table [1]  to solve it?.

Solution:

So here is how we use the table to decrypt the message, use the Top row( the Y axis)to find the corresponding character in the key thisisalilkey.
Then go do the row beneath the character to find the encrypted letter in the same position, then on the left side (x axis) is the un-encrypted character

so for the first couple of

We find "t" on the Y axis follow bellow until we find "l", follow to the X axis and the un-encrypted letter is "S"
next we find "h" on the Y axis until we find "l", follow to the X axis and the un-encrypted letter is "E"


follow this all the way through and we end up with

secretmessage
